Health & Wellness Workshops for Parents and Caregivers of Young Children (ages 1-12)
Parents (and caregivers) want the best for their children, especially when it comes to their health, well-being, learning, behavior, performance, and happiness. We want to see our kids succeed! L.E.A.N. Start is the simple solution your family needs to help you make positive and lasting Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.) changes.
