Infusing water is a great way to stay hydrated. When people have tasted my infused water, they say that they would drink more water if their water tasted like that. And kids who have tried my infused water generally give it two thumbs up and ask for more! What’s also great, you can give your body a break from empty calories that come with drinking sugary beverages by drinking your own homemade vitamin water. Did you know that sugary, carbonated, or caffeinated beverages can not only contribute to unwanted body fat, they can also leave your body dehydrated? These types of drinks even rob your bones from calcium, contributing to osteoporosis, and kidney stones. Instead of reaching for a can of soda, try some infused water. Hydrate your body while adding nutrients. No artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, or preservatives!

You can infuse water in a pitcher at home or even in your water bottle when you are on the go. Have a lot of people in your home? Put a container of infused water on the counter in the morning with ice and watch it disappear! Having a party? Instead of bottled water, add a little flavor and some refreshing decor, not to mention reduce plastic waste, by serving infused water at your next gathering.
