Guiltless Chocolate Mousse

I made this for dessert last Christmas. The whole family loved it and couldn’t believe what was in it! What a surprisingly easy and healthy treat this turned out to be! No baking, no boiling, no mess.
What to do with the rest of the coconut milk? Make some Strawberry Pecan Biscuits or add into your morning smoothie.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 qty Avocados
  • 1 can Unsweetened Coconut Milk refrigerated
  • 3-4 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey or combination of both to taste
  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Juice Plus+ Complete

Optional

  • 1/4  tsp  Ground cinnamon

Topping Options (Optional)

  • Chopped nuts like almonds pistachios, walnuts, or macadamianuts
  • Dried Coconut Flakes

Notes

  1. Place avocado flesh into a food processor.
     
  2. Open can of coconut milk. Scoop out the solids, should be about 1 cup, and add to food processor.
     
  3. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk liquid to food processor.
     
  4. Add cocoa powder, your choice of sweetener, and cinnamon (optional).
     
  5. Process for about 30 seconds, scrape the side down and process again for about 10 seconds more.
     
  6. Taste and add more cocoa powder and/or sweetener if desired.
     
  7. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
     
  8. Use an ice cream scoop and place into a dessert cup.
     
  9. Top with your choice of toppings to make it look festive and fancy like chopped nuts and/or coconut flakes.
