Chocolate Protein Superfood Bites
This is for the chocolate lovers!If you are doing the Shred10, this can be a great snack option.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Raw waluts
- 8 qty Dates + hot water for soaking
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop Chocolate Juice Plus+ Complete
For dusting the outside of the balls (select one or more)
- Cocoa Powder
- Shredded coconut
- Crushed pistacios
Notes

Soak the dates in hot water to soften for about 10 minutes

Place walnuts, dates, cocoa powder, Chocolate Juice Plus+ Complete, and 3 tbsp of the date water in a food processor and process for about 25-35 seconds or until paste consistency, scraping sides if needed.

If you prefer more chocolate, add another tbsp of cocoa powder.

If more moisture is needed, slowly add more date water to processor.

Using a cookie dough scoop, scoop paste and roll into balls, taking each ball and rolling into the coating of your choice (ie: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, crushed pistachios, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, etc.)
