  • 3qty Avocados
  • 1can Unsweetened Coconut Milk, refrigerated
  • 3-4tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey or combination of bothto taste
  • 3tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1scoop Chocolate Juice Plus+ Complete
  • 1/4tsp Ground cinnamon
Topping Options (Optional)
  • Chopped nuts like almonds, pistachios, walnuts, or macadamianuts
  • Dried Coconut Flakes
  1. Place avocado flesh into a food processor.
  2. Open can of coconut milk. Scoop out the solids, should be about 1 cup, and add to food processor.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk liquid to food processor.
  4. Add cocoa powder, your choice of sweetener, and cinnamon (optional).
  5. Process for about 30 seconds, scrape the side down and process again for about 10 seconds more.
  6. Taste and add more cocoa powder and/or sweetener if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
  8. Use an ice cream scoop and place into a dessert cup.
  9. Top with your choice of toppings to make it look festive and fancy like chopped nuts and/or coconut flakes.
